The spine consists of 4 regions.
1) Cervical Spine (Neck)
2) Thoracic Spine (Upper Back)
3) Lumbar Spine (Low Back)
4) Sacropelvis (The Hip, Gluteal, and Coccygeal region)
Causes of Spinal pain are numerous. Without a proper examination it is highly unlikely that a proper diagnosis can be rendered. Very commonly, further advanced testing is required to reach a diagnosis of spinal pain, such as; X-ray, MRI, CT Scan, Bone Scan, and labs.
The Center for Alternative Medicine has labs and X-ray readily available in-house for patient convenience. We DO NOT X-ray all of our patients. We use X-ray strictly for diagnostic purposes.
